The Account Permissions feature allows creators to invite and manage team members to post, comment, chat with fans, or update the profile on behalf of the creator, without granting access to the actual account.
By setting and revoking permissions at any time, creators can ensure that moderators and team members have the appropriate access to assist efficiently. Note that permissions can only be assigned to other Wink accounts; therefore, team members or moderators must first create an Wink profile and accept the invitation sent by the creators
Invite users
- Visit Wink
- Tap the circular profile icon at the bottom right (skip this step if on desktop)
- Select 'Settings' from the navigation bar.
- Select 'Account' from the settings menu.
- Input the username of the team member or moderator in the 'Search accounts...' field to send an invitation to manage the account and select 'Invite'
- A confirmation pop-up will appear to verify the username. Select the 'Invite' button on the right to send the invitation
Additional users can be added by repeating the steps above. Any added users can be removed using the red 'revoke' button (trash can symbol) right beside the username.
Manage their permissions
Clicking on the invited user's username opens an interface to set or revoke permissions at any time. Ensure that permissions, especially those that could cause significant damage if misused, are granted only to trusted individuals personally known and never to unknown individuals or employees who may falsely claim to represent Wink.
This feature is only available to verified content creators. If you haven’t completed the verification process yet, please log in and start the KYC process.
Invited users can accept the invitation via the 'Account' menu under 'Settings'
