Chat Notes

With Chatnotes, you can easily track conversations with fans by noting their preferred names, birthdays, common interests, and online hours. This allows you to pick up right where you left off without sifting through your entire chat history, helping you maintain meaningful connections.

Here’s how to access Chat notes:

1. From the left menu, go to “Messages” and select a conversation.
2. On top of the conversation panel, you will see the Alias of the fan you are chatting to. Beneath it, you will see “Media”, “Purchased” and “Notes”.
3. Click on “Notes” to expand the Chat notes.
4. After jotting your notes, click “Close Chat Notes” and your notes is automatically saved.

You can save up to 2000 characters in Chat notes.
