We prioritize user safety and have strict Terms of Use for everyone on the platform, including both creators and fans. The Block and Report feature allows you to quickly notify us of any users or content that may violate our Terms of Use, and our moderation team will take appropriate action promptly.
Here’s how to “Block” other users:

Where to find the “Block” button:
- Messenger – Should another fan or a creator you are chatting with violates the Terms of Use, you can block said user by clicking the three dots on the top right of the chat box, and choose “Block”
- Post – Should you see a post that violates the Terms of Use, you can block said post by clicking the three dots on the top right (next to posting time), and choose “Block”
- Profile – Should you see a profile that is spammy or botted, you can block said account by clicking the three dots on the top right (next to follow/unfollow button), and choose “Block”

Access:
Feature Blocker Blocked User Chat / Messages Can still send message, broadcast content, tip, PPV content to blocked user
Can still access the chat and see all previous messages (including bought/free media content) but will no longer be able to send new messages
Wink The other person’s Wink showcase profile will not show up in “Wink” Profile Can no longer access the “Posts”, “Media” and “Passes” tab of the other person New Content The other person’s new posts will no longer be shown in feed Comment Can no longer comment on the other person’s posts, including the ones you have bought/access to Passes / Content Bought Will be accessible in the “Purchases” tab; the other person can still re-sell Passes - Unblock: You can unblock users by clicking “Unblock” instead of “Block” in locations mentioned in 1a,1b,1c. You can also go to “Settings”, “Blocked users” to review the list of blocked users and unblock them there

- Reason for Report: Select the reason for reporting the post. If multiple reasons apply, please choose the most serious offense.
- Provide supporting materials: Attach any supporting materials (such as screenshots of the conversation) that you believe may assist our moderation team in assessing the seriousness of the offense so they can take further action.
Our moderation team will review reports within 48 hours and take necessary actions within 7 working days
